Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Onion, Water, Tomato Paste, non-GMO Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Vinegar, Salt, Fresh Ginger, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Turmeric, Cumin Seed, Coriander, Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Nutmeg) Ground Cumin, Paprika, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Whole Cloves, Cardamom Seed, Chile.
Cooking Instructions:
Lightly brown 1 lb or more of chicken, seafood or meat. Add chopped vegetables of choice (carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, peas, peppers, etc.) and contents of jar. Simmer low heat until chicken or seafood is cooked. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with bread, rice or couscous for a complete meal. Serves 4.
Suggested Uses:
Drizzle over fish, shellfish or oven roasted potatoes; use as a dipping sauce for crispy bread or pita chips. Delicious with couscous or beans; substitute for water when cooking rice for an exotic coconut rice pilaf. Blend with mayonnaise to create an exotic dressing for potato salad. Makes a fabulous soup or chowder base.
