to north Indian style - fabulous on its own, or a
wonderful base to add your own creative ingredients
to. We start with robust ingredients to provide the
foundation for full-body flavor –carmelized onions,
fresh ginger, fresh garlic and tomatoes. Then round it
out with a rich blend of tantalizing spices with exotic flavors and heady aromas. For people who love Indian food - you will be fulfilled! For people who’ve never tried it - you don't know what you're missing!

Our sauces are prepared in a facility that also processes nuts, diary and soy.

Ingredients: Onion, water, tomato paste, non-GMO vegetable oil, salt, fresh garlic, vinegar, fresh ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, cumin seed, coriander, ginger, garam masala (coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, bay leaf, nutmeg) ground cumin, paprika, black peppercorns, chili pepper, cinnamon stick, whole cloves, cardamom seed.

Cooking Instructions:

Lightly sear 1+ pounds of chicken, meat, seafood, or tofu in a little oil, add contents of jar and simmer a few minutes. Add vegetables of choice. If desired, add up to ½ jar of water, coconut milk, cream, milk or yogurt. Simmer on low heat until meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables are cooked. Serve with bread, rice or couscous for a complete meal. Serves 4.

Suggested Uses:

Pour over rice, beans or couscous. Makes an astonishing pizza sauce. Blend with yogurt or sour cream for a luscious dip. Blend with mayonnaise to create an exotic dressing for potato salad!
